Delete Your Account
Follow the steps below to delete your Combin AI account and its associated data.
From inside the app
- Open the Combin AI app and sign in.
- Tap the Profile tab at the bottom.
- Open Settings by tapping the gear icon in the top-right.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the request on the confirmation screen.
If you can't access the app
If you can't sign in or have trouble deleting your account, email us at ibrahim@oriontwin.com from the email address associated with your account. We will fully remove your account within 30 days of receiving the request.
Data that will be deleted
- Profile information (name, username, bio, profile photo)
- Photos you uploaded (wardrobe items, try-on source photos)
- Virtual try-on results
- Outfits and saved products
- Comments, likes, shares
- Follower and following lists
- Credit balance and usage history
Data we retain
For legal compliance the following data is retained for a limited period after deletion:
- Consent records: a record of which permission you gave and when is retained after deletion because we must be able to prove consent was given. These records are not linked to your identity.
This data is not linked to your identity — it is only associated with the transaction.
