How does virtual try-on work?

Upload a photo of yourself and pick the clothing you want to try on. The AI (Google Gemini) generates a new image within a few seconds showing you wearing that clothing. Each try-on consumes 1 credit.

How do credits work?

Credits are virtual units used for virtual try-on. You get free credits when you first sign up. You can earn extra credits through daily login, inviting friends, and rating the app. When your credits run out, you can buy packages from within the app.

My try-on failed — what happened to my credit?

If the AI cannot produce a result, your credit is automatically refunded. Your balance does not decrease. If the issue persists, please contact us.

Can I get a refund for purchased credits?

Because in-app purchases are handled via App Store / Google Play, refunds are also processed there. For Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. All your data (outfits, try-ons, credits, photos) is permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

Are my photos safe?

Yes. Photos you upload are stored encrypted on Firebase servers. Only you and the AI processing service (Google Gemini) see them. Google does not use your photos for training. If you delete your account, all your photos are permanently deleted.

Why does the virtual try-on result look different in real life?

The AI produces an approximation of how the clothing looks on you. Due to differences in real fabric texture, cut, and lighting, the result may not be an exact match. Virtual try-on makes decisions easier but should be considered a reference before purchase.

Which devices are supported?

Currently iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Android devices. iOS 14.5 and newer, Android 10 and newer are supported.
